Amazing Chocolatiere on main street.  Their salted caramel was amazing.

I can't believe October is almost over... this semester is flying by primarily because there is just so much to do.  I have to figure out what is going to happen next semester with work and school soon.   I am actually enjoy being busy  because it keeps my mind off some things... and it motivates me to keep it going.

just keep swimming, just keep swimming, right?

Anyway, I am hoping to bake something fall related before Christmas ornaments and decorations appear in the malls.
